Where can I get replacement lamps/bulbs, if I need any?

To ensure that you do not go through any inconvenience, all the lamps/bulbs used in our collection are easily available. In case, you face any problem in sourcing a lamp, please get in touch with our Support
Desk and we will be happy to assist you.

Do you provide any Warranty?

The warranty is subject to the manufacturer's guidelines as specified by the different brands.
Please get in touch with the support team to know the warranty period for your specific product.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please contact our customer service team for details on shipping rates and delivery times for your specific location.

Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same package?

Not necessarily. Depending on the product(s), a single order may be shipped as multiple packages to ensure that they are delivered safely and securely.

How do you deliver the products?

We offer free home delivery in Hyderabad and have our specific courier partners who are dedicated to delivering your packages safely and securely anywhere in India. We do offer international Shipping as well.

What do I do if the product is damaged?

Damages are to be reported within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Corrosion due to sustained exposure to elements of weather, use of harsh chemicals, wet cloth or water on the product surfaces will not be liable to us.

We suggest you use only a dry microfiber cloth to clean the product is recommended.

Can I request a custom lighting design?

We are open to discussing and providing necessary consulting for your specific needs, subject to charges depending on the space size and needs. We try our best to assist you with custom lighting solutions.

Do you offer installation services?

We do provide professionals for installation services on request for products bought from us, we
recommend consulting with our support team to discuss available options for installation services.
